Complimentary lunch boxes will be offered to participants from Wednesday through Friday. Meals will be served at the Agora at the University of Sherbrooke on Wednesday and Thursday and at the Arts Building at McGill University on Friday. Each lunch box contains a sandwich with salads and a dessert.

The banquet will take place at the Pavillon de la Jamaïque in Parc Jean-Drapeau on Thursday 9 July from 7 to 10 pm. This elegant venue dating back to Expo ’67 is situated at the heart of Notre-Dame Island, in a wooded area of the old Floralies Gardens. The banquet will be a dinner cocktail. A hearty assortment of appetizers will be served, the creations of Julien Leblanc Catering. The menu will include local Quebec foods and Montreal specialities. Two glasses of wine are included in the price, and a cash bar will be available.
To get to the Pavillon de la Jamaïque, participants may take the metro from the Longueuil–Université de Sherbrooke Station (towards Berri-UQÀM) and get off at Jean-Drapeau Station. From there Bus 777 departs for the Montreal Casino every 15 minutes throughout the evening. The Pavillon de la Jamaïque is a five-minute walk from the Casino. It is also possible to walk from the metro station to the Pavillon de la Jamaïque. It is a 15-20 minutes walk (towards Pavillon La Toundra). The Pavillon de la Jamaïque is also accessible by car or taxi (Trajet La Toundra). Parking coupons will be offered to participants at the site.
